We are a home inspection company located in Somerset, KY. We are expanding our service are to include the entire state of Kentucky. Our inspector Daniel Tyler is fully insured and a state licensed home inspector in the state of Kentucky (Lic #3095). Daniel is well qualified with extensive experience in home inspections and a number construction practices including, framing, masonry (brick laying and concrete foundations) roofing, plumbing, drywall and installation of windows and doors. With this program you have the option of pulling your home inspection down at any time during the process of buying your home (from the website) and the inspection can be emailed any where in the country at a moments time if need be. My inspections are always performed to protect the home buyer from making a costly mistake. Payment is either cash or check, no credit cards are accepted. Each inspection is performed after the client signs a standard contract for doing the work. I have been licensed since 2007, license number is 103444.
