Bill and Dylan took out my deck style front porch and added a covered front porch on my 1897 home. They took care to match the style of the porch to the style of the house while staying within my budget. There are pictures of this house back to the 50's where there was no covered porch, but the porch they added looks like it has always been part of the house. The workmanship was excellent, and they took care to keep the work area neat. They also repaired rotten sections of my box / hidden gutters around my entire house. There was significant damage, and this was a large undertaking. I am very happy with the end result and feel comfortable that I will not have to worry about issues with the gutters for many years. Bill, Dylan, and crew have done additional work for me including lowering the height of my non-working chimney and re-mortaring the remaining section, repairing trim on the house that had been chewed up by carpenter bees, and replacing my bathroom vanity. All of their work has been great! I will continue to use them for all of my future projects."

"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. "For the second time we are so pleased with our recent contract with Potter House Group.  Our first experience with Potter House Group was a new build construction project.  They found us a lot and built us a custom home about 9 years ago.  Since then we relocated into a 115 year old home and we hired them for our kitchen remodel.  First we did our research, and we sought bids from several contractors.  Potter House Group once again had a competitive quote, that we felt had all the "bases" and potential "surprises" covered.  We also felt that the allowances that were allotted in our estimate allowed us to select quality selections for the fixtures, granite, cabinetry & flooring.  What impressed us the most is that once again we worked directly with the owner, Lee, for the duration of the project.  From the very beginning, Lee was professional, honest, and extremely efficient with our time.  Our kitchen was completely gutted down to the bare studs, removing of walls, flooring, electric, and a back staircase.  When you are without the hub of your home-the kitchen-meeting timelines is very important.   They met all timelines and brought in the necessary resources and tradesmen to perform various scopes of work.  All the inspections that were needed went well too.  Lee addressed any questions or concerns we had during the process responsively.  Without a doubt, Potter House Group will be the contactor we use for the next job.  We are already dreaming of our next project, a master bath addition.  Can?t wait!  Potter House Group is highly recommended!!!
