Complete Lawn/Tree application and landscape business. Residential & Comercial Services. Specializing in Medium to large properties. We have spray systems to accommodate the smallest residential lawn up to the largest commercial properties. Property management also available. We Accept cash, check, money order, and all major credit cards.

"2021 This company applied 6 treatments to my lawn and it was great. 2022 they only applied 2 treatments and there was NO communication from them at all. At $150 a treatment for an acre I thought was reasonable. The last treatment in 2022 They left the bill somewhere where it could and did blow away. I found it in the flower garden dripping wet a week after I returned home from vacation, they left no chemical warning flag in the yard. A friend used the same company and paid in advance expecting 6 treatment and received only two. Again NO commucation, and no refund either."

I am a general contractor based out of Madisonville Kentucky, I am skilled in just about anything as far as residential construction goes, and anything I am unfamiliar with or don't feel comfortable doing I will find a trusted and reliable sub-contractor to work with me in completing the project with the customers desired outcome. I see the job through till the end and I'm not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. I am a people person and work with a positive mind and attitude. Everything is negotiable, I work with the people and for the people. Payments usually go by a contracted amount of time and money, 1. Lump sum paid in full at one time 2.Half up front and half at job completion 3. Paid on a weekly basis over the period of time contracted for.
