He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. He is knowledgeable about the product and made certain we were thoroughly educated about how it worked and how to take care of it. He also approached the job as a partnership between Advanced Generator and the homeowner - he was punctual and would always contact us in advance if there was any unexpected change in the schedule.
