He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. "no call no show on two scheduled appointments. Given a third appointment on Labor Day Weekend. When they were called the day before to verify appointment time. They made up a story that all the parts were not sent to complete the job. All parts needed were boxed together. Lied to the customer. Customer was told the job would take 3 to 4 hrs. Job took 1.5 hrs. Charged for 4+ hrs. Customer was charged for 2 technitions. One tech. was a trainee. If you enjoy terrible service. Deceptive practices. Overcharged for services preformed. Call immediately."
