no call no show on two scheduled appointments. Given a third appointment on Labor Day Weekend. When they were called the day before to verify appointment time. They made up a story that all the parts were not sent to complete the job. All parts needed were boxed together. Lied to the customer. Customer was told the job would take 3 to 4 hrs. Job took 1.5 hrs. Charged for 4+ hrs. Customer was charged for 2 technitions. One tech. was a trainee. If you enjoy terrible service. Deceptive practices. Overcharged for services preformed. Call immediately.
