"We paid a down payment for a fence install. Work was pushed back repeatedly. We ended up moving from the location. Tried to negotiate something at the new residence. Didn’t work out. Requested a refund. This began in April 2020 and we never received anything. No parts. No labor. I refund. 2800.00 out the door. Having to take legal action."
