I am a Journeyman Union Carpenter by trade but after 15 years left it to pursue other things. I have had rental properties and done hundreds of property rehabs and remodels over the years. I have a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical and I take pride in my work. I also rehab and refinish antique wood furniture and build custom furniture out of old wood and recycled materials. No job is too small and I enjoy meeting all the people that this kind of work leads me too.

I have a few different contractors that I sub my hanging out to but I do all finishing and painting myself. I do not offer financing options however I assure you I give competitive price quotes. On most jobs I do not require a deposit up front,just 100% payment when job is completed. This is based on the size of your job. I will discuss this with you the day the bid is submitted to you. Drywall can be better than plaster if you’re installing a new wall and want to keep costs low. It’s much cheaper than installing plaster and provides a smooth, uniform surface.
