Put a new roof in a house July of 2023 with warranty. I was in process of purchasing home with new roof-owner stated it had a warranty and said the people were very trustworthy. She stated they were recommended by a construction company she knew! They were told to remove 2 old roofs and replace with new one. Once we were processing the owner said she noticed a few places still leaking but not to worry they would fix! Well they came by -have never show d back up to fix and when I had another roofer to go up there he found 5 areas the old roof was not removed and was causing issues!!! DO NOT Trust them!!! I have pictures and proof! They still have not returned my calls!!!

He installed the new rubber section with calking instead of cement. Roof leaked after six months, and he was not responsive to come and repair. I replaced this section again using another roofing contractor. I would not go to Chris Hawkins again.

He was here on time. He didn't charge us hourly and he did a good job. I highly rate him.

They were really great. I liked everything about their service. They were clean and picked up everything. They made sure we were happy with their work.

He did an excellent job for us. He did what he said that he would do. He was prompt and made sure to clean up after himself.

Owner, Chris Hawkins came to house next day after telephone contact to inspect my roof problem. He gave lump sum price and came three days later to repair roof. Repairs were done professionally and his crew did good job of clean up when finished. After two good rains, roof repairs look perfect.

Overall it went faster then i thought it would.

WONDERFUL!!!! HIS CREW WAS VERY POLITE AND CURTIOUS. THEY CARED ABOUT WHAT WAS FALLING TO THE GROUND. HIS WIFE (VERY CUTE LITTLE THING) WAS WALKING AROUND THE HOUSE CONSTANTLY LOOKING TO SEE IF ANYTHING NEEDED TO BE PICKED UP. THEY TOOK MAGNETS AND ROLLED THEM ON THE GROUND PICKING UP THE LOOSE NAILS. THEY TOOK BLOWERS AND BLEW OFF ALL OF MY PORCHES AND DECKS. IF ANY OF THE CREW WAS SMOKING, SHE WAS VERY WATCHFUL, MAKING SURE THEY DIDN'T THROW THEM ON THE GROUND. THEY TREATED MY HOUSE AS THOUGH IT WAS THEIRS. THE ROOF IS BEAUTIFUL! I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN WITHOUT QUESTION.

Mr. Hawkins carefully examined my roof. In the process he identified some much needed support work in the beams of my garage, and an incorrectly installed area which has been creating problems on my roof for years when it rained hard. Not only did he correct this area, he also, at no charge, bolstered the beams in my garage, and repaired some sarpentry and siding damaged in a bad storm last winter. because of several rainy days which delayed the work, his crew came over the weekend to get my roof done. They were all courteous and professional in their manner. They left my yard immaculate.
