Marty did an excellent job again. This is the third time (three different issues) that he has saved my day. I will continue to have Marty on my speed dial.

Pipe was leaking at a gator bite, removed leaking gator bite and replaced it properly.

I give him all A's because, he does a good job he cleans house, your house looks better when he leaves then it did before he came. He is very neat, very reasonable rates, work is very good and he has even done some stuff for our church.

I called Marty's Plumbing at approximately 1pm - his receptionist was friendly, helpful, and listened to the issue (originally was just the thing stuck in the drain). I let her know it was not an emergency, that my schedule was flexible, so just "whenever he could come is fine". She called me back in just over an hour and asked if "now" was a good time. Of course! Marty arrived at my home, removed his shoes, knocked on the door, identified himself. Very friendly guy! He inspected the problem, and removed the blockage from the tub drain, then gave it a good cleaning out. When he was finished, he inquired if there was anything additionally I needed done - I mentioned that the water heater elements both work, but for some reason we run out of hot water quickly - Marty went and checked out the water heater, determined the problem, said he could fix it but would need to go to the hardware store to get the part and apologized (!!) for the inconvenience to me - (WHAT inconvenience???) He returned quickly, again removing his shoes and knocking, and within 10 minutes the water heater was fixed, put back together, and Marty was stowing his tools in his truck. I expected to hear that these two projects were going to cost me $150 or more, so when Marty came back with his invoice in hand and it was only $75, I was even more happy. He accepted my check without question, wished me a nice day, and in under an hour total time, all my needs were exceedingly well met and he was off to his next satisfied customer. Marty is the kind of service provider that, when you need him, you do not mind giving him a call. Fast, fair, respectful and friendly - 5 stars!

In the past 5 years Marty has fixed drain lines to the street that clogged, installed clean outs to reduce future cost, repaired plumbing issues like quagmires of pipes the prior residents installed and always allows me to watch what he does. The last project was to repipe a bathroom / laundry room and install a inside shut off that allow work to be performed on part of the house.

Marty knows that I am a DIY type, but he lets me watch, not because I do not trust him, but because he knows I want to learn and then do work on my own in order to save money. I am honest with Marty, but his approach is that he has plenty of work and if I can do some of it - he will do whatever he can to help.

On the Laundry / bathroom, he took out a hot water heater, install a new one and a isolating shut off and I did all of the other work. Marty charged $224.00 and allowed me to buy the hot water heater to save some more.

I highly recommend him.
