"Gutted 2 bathrooms to replace floorboards on up, and tiling including ceiling to floor shower, wainscoting, installed ceiling fan/lights and fixtures. They did a phenomenal job, fully tiling both bathrooms for what it would've cost us to remodel 1. Absolutely gorgeous!

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"Scott is a true professional and is great to work with. As an engineer I really appreciated Scott taking the time to walk through the whole process, explain in detail the quality of the materials being used and how they would b e installed. He also went above and beyond in working with our insurance company. His crew are terrific - having watched several of my neighbors get their shingles replaced over the years, I have not seen such a dedicated, hard working team as the R&B guys. There are a lot of so-called roofing companies out there that make all kinds of claims but Scott is definitely a man of his word. He did everything he said he would do and more. We are delighted with our new roof and would highly recommend R&B if you really want quality work and materials that will last."
