"Craig Veteto and his crew at Creative Tile did an excellent job with this project.  He came the same day to provide an estimate, and scheduled the work promptly.  He was willing to do a partial redo but I elected to remove the whole shower. His estimate was in line with what my parents paid for similar work (different city but comparable market).   Since my tile was discontinued, he met me at the store to help select new tile that would coordinate with my existing bath floor tile.  He also suggested improvements in the size of tile used to achieve better slope on the shower floor.  He was patient about delays in starting work since tile that best matched bath floor tile had to be ordered -- and then the tile didn't come when promised to us by the source.  Once the tile was in, he started work the same day.  His crew was polite and professional and cleaned up well during and after the tear out.  They communicated well and were easy to work with, which was important in a project that takes a few days to complete in stages.  The shower looks wonderful -- much better than the original work done when our house was built 8 years ago.  Our plumber even noted how nice it was and asked who did the work.  Getting our shower door back in was tricky since it was a strange custom size and the new tile was thinner than the old tile, but Craig was able to install two panels in a color that matched the tile and fit the door back in, which saved the expense of a new custom door and a delay of nearly three weeks for ordering.  Craig's ingenuity in solving this problem was much appreciated and a cost savings.  He also came back on his own time to fix a component on the shower door bottom that we both realized needed to go in a different way.  I would highly recommend Creative Tile and would call them for future work.
