"Our sales respresentative was very personable and knowledgeable about the products that Window Shopping offers. We did not feel any pressure to make a purchase. The quality of the windows sold themselves. Our installers were professional and did an excellent job installing all of our windows. Our first purchase consisted of six windows. Our second purchase were two windows. And our third purchase were eleven windows. In the future, should we need any additonal windows, we will be calling Window Shopping again."

"It was a headache from the beginning with the sales rep lying about certain work being included and how fast the work would be completed, they cancelled multiple times, it was not a certified contractor, just some dudes in a shady looking spray painted truck. The gutters look just okay, WAY WAY WAY, too overpriced for bargain bin gutters, they did not clean up the mess in the yard, leaving nails behind causing a flat tire on my vehicle, I would never recommend this company, stay local"

"It went well. Tech arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Changed lock and made 3 extra keys (2 are included). Charges were $75 for call, $50 for labor, $20 to change 2 cylinders and $6.00 for 3 extra keys. Total with tax $161.60. I forgot to ask for my senior discount but the page says they offer 10%. It did seem a bit pricey to me but I wanted it done today and didn't have lots of time to shop around so I counted on Angie's List ratings to be valid!"

Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
