I thought price was a very fair price for installation and clean up. The workers that put my windows in were good and didn't take them long to put them in. The caulking around my windows was very neat and clean . I did notice once windows were in it reduced outside noise alot. They cleaned up around the house nicely also. I would recommend window shopping to all my friends and would buy from them again. I'm looking now to put screen doors on in the future. "Alford did a great job in actually doing the work.  They did what they said they'd do for the price quoted at the time they said they'd do it.
My issue was getting to that point.  They were prompt in providing an initial estimate.  However as I had questions and wanted to discuss specifics of the proposed scope of work - they were tardy.  I had trouble getting the work scope concerns addressed in a timely manner.  I had to work my way through their company bureaucracy to the owner before my concerns could be resolved.
As above, once we got to doing the project all went well, with no issues.
