It wasn't fixe correctly and actually incurred additional damage while at their facility. If you want to hear all of the details you can read further below. Regardless I will never take anything I need repaired to this facility and would advise others to avoid this shop all together as well. My husband studied auto body repair at our local community/technical college but chose not to pursue this line of work as a career.
Needless to say, I am not satisfied with the service that this facility provided to me and will never go there in the future.
I contacted Walters on Friday morning (as the appraisal from the insurance company had just sent the estimate to me Thursday evening (6-13-13) after the collision center was already closed). I spoke with the service manager the following day (Friday) and was told that they would go ahead and order the parts necessary to repair my vehicle and that I could bring it in 12 days later (6-24-13) for repair. I took my car when Walters told me to (6-24-13) and left it. I was contacted that week and was informed that the parts they ordered were not the correct parts and that they had ordered the correct parts but they would not receive them until approximately 6-28-13. The body shop contacted my husband on 6-28-13 advising the car was ready to be picked up. and I went to get the car on 6-29-13 there were several items that were supposed to be repaired that had not been. We refused to accept the vehicle at that time (as the work was not satisfactory) and were advised by the body shop that they would contact the insurance company to get the additional work authorized. We left the car and were notified the following week that the car was ready and went to pick it up on 7-8-13. When we arrived on 7-8-13 we noticed new body damage (scrapes and scratches) that had no been present when we arrived to pick the car up previously. My husband eventually got the manager to fix the new damage, which they eventually did. The mechanical components were not completed (although they said they had been) but we accepted the vehicle anyway so I could have transportation to my medical appointments. When questioned about the exhaust system (which was bent up underneath the car and was causing the vehicle to smoke we were told by the collision center that they had not in fact replaced the exhaust, they simply heated the metal until they could bend the system to the point that it looked straight. The car was supposed to have been aligned but the car is still making a grinding noise that it had not made prior to the accident and the steering wheel pulls to the side and shakes to the point that is shakes out of my hands when going straight on the 4 lane highway. I asked he body shop technician if it had been driven to make sure that the mechanical work was done correctly and was informed that it had ben although there was less than a mile on the odometer when they logged it in to the shop for repairs. We recently bought our home, and the home inspector completely missed that the roof was in utter disrepair. We literally had a leak not 8 hours after closing. We took several bids for a new roof from different roofing companies. After speaking with Jack, the owner I was sold on Carlon. He is...
Mike thoughtfully designed a new fountain. He and his men rebuilt a fountain. He then provided rock and labor to re-gravel the surrounding paths. On time and came in under the bid!

"David Shephard and his employees installed 2 walkways, a garbage pad and a 35’ x 18’ driveway. His price was less than other contractors bidding on the job. The work was completed satisfactorily on 08/17/2017. We noticed a crack all the way across (18’) the driveway in January 2018. I informed David. After 5 calls, 2 text messages, and 2 visits, he said that section of the driveway would be replaced. Sad to say nothing was done in 2018. He always had a reason; weather, his schedule, his personal problems. I turned the communication over to my husband in 2019. He was called 4 times. On the 4th call on 07/11/2019 David said he had been here to look at the crack again. Don’t know why he didn’t let us know when he came so we could all discuss; or why he didn’t call afterward; or why he needed to see it again. The city had been working on the streets the last time he was here and he said the city probably caused the crack. No David, this is 2019, not 2018 when the crack occurred. By this time we were very frustrated. David didn’t want to be bothered by us or our problem any longer. He stated that concrete cracks. We realize that but within 4 months? He said we were pests. Huh, go figure!! Do your job and honor the contract and you’ll never hear from us again. We asked him to at least fill the crack if he wasn’t going to replace that section. He told us we could buy patch at home improvement stores & repair it ourselves. We originally replaced the driveway due to cracks and now we’re having to live with one which is only getting worse. What good is a 3 year warranty if the contractor doesn’t honor it?? David didn’t even honor the contract for a problem that occurred within the first 5 months. You’re only as good as your word and sorry to say his word is useless."

FAQs for gravel driveway repair projects in Pikeville, KY
The average cost of a gravel driveway is about $1.25 to $2 per square foot, including the cost of materials, equipment, and professional installation. For example, a 16-by-30-foot driveway costs about $1,500. Cost factors include the type of gravel, how thick the gravel is installed, the condition of the landscape, and labor costs. Overall costs will vary depending on where you live and how accessible the job site is.
Concrete can crack from general wear, improper installation, or in response to uneven support from the soil underneath. Small, thin cracks on the surface of aging concrete are usually a result of normal wear and tear, while cracks on new concrete more likely indicate a problem with installation. Larger cracks or uneven steps can signify a much more severe issue. A concrete contractor should be able to diagnose the cause and repair concrete cracks for you.
The cost to install a concrete driveway is $4 to $15per square foot on average. Your price heavily depends on your desired concrete finish and driveway size.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay an average cost of $1,900. For a driveway at double that size (400 square feet), the average price is closer to $3,800. Plain concrete is significantly more cost-effective, averaging $7 per square foot, whereas stained concrete averages around $19 per square foot.
The cost of resurfacing concrete is $6 per square foot on average, though that cost can range from $3 to $9per square foot.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay $600 to $1,800, and for a driveway that is 500 square feet, that cost averages $1,500 to $4,500. Resurfacing your driveway will give you the look and feel of a new surface without the hefty cost.
A gravel driveway should be at least 4 to 6 inches deep, depending on the soil it’s installed on. Softer soil that doesn’t drain well should have a deeper gravel driveway. Deeper gravel will mean you spend more on materials and labor, but you’ll get a more stable driveway and avoid damage that needs to be filled or graded flat again.
