"We had a roof repair as well as fighting on our house located in Fitchburg Wisconsin. This was last hail damage due to a storm and everyone in the surrounding area was looking for roofers. Mad city was one of the first that came onto the scene. We accepted their offer. The work was done quickly however the laborers did a very poor job in protecting our trees and plants along the side of the house and lick the siding need to be repaired. They managed to kill three extremely large Junipers and most of our ground cover plants to protect our ground-level windows. It was quite a mess and it was not necessarily if they would have simply taken care instead of being in such a rush to get the job done. Since I had gotten another quote from them on a second hail damage roof, and they were by far the highest priced of all of the contractors that responded. They were very pushy and insistent on trying to upsell me on things that I did not need. I would not recommend them."

A technician who explains things is a good technician in my book. Second, he is considerate. He offered different solutions at different price points, explained the pros and cons of each solution and let me decide. Not everyone can afford or is willing to replace the entire system if it can still be repaired. I'm glad I came across a technician that still offers repair solutions to an old system. To make a long story short, I would recommend this guy, especially to those who need to have their old AC system serviced."
