Our plan for the addition came closer to the property boundaries than the dated zoning rules allowed for. DDR got us approved for the variance and permits we needed with no problems. I can do a little bit of everything and if i cant do it! i can either figure it out, or if I’m not insured to do it i can contract it out to someone who is.
