"The two young men arrived promptly, were polite and got to work quickly. They requested the operation manual for our Navien water heater. Both were knowledgeable about the system and found the source of the "trouble issue" within the unit. They were great to work with and quite thorough with their efforts. "These folks do an excellent job. However, they replaced two faucets under the kitchen sink, and an outside hydrant. The total time was just over an hour. The bill was $275.52. In my opinion, that is extravagant."
