Plaster walls had to be repaired, drain pipes replaced,electrical outlet moved and new tile floors in addition to new toilet and tub placement were a part of the remode. "I hired W B Lighting Rods/William Burden to install lightning rods on my home. I spoke to William on a Monday and by Thursday before 1 PM the lightning rods were installed on my home. William explained everything he was going to do before he did it. The lightning rods were affordable and most of all it gives me peace of mind knowing that my home is protected against lightning strikes and fire damage. I couldnâ t be happier with this company!!"

"The problem turned out to be a burned out small electric door switch. I believe the price was way too expensive for the service performed and the price of the door switch. What more can I say? It got done."

"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"This is an awesome company to do business with. Spoke with Andrew and he was very responsive. He took time to not only explain what was wrong but showed me. I had a crack in my heat exchanger. This crack can let carbon monoxide into our home, which Andrew's carbon monitor device detected. There was not any sales pitch pressure. Just options and choices. The next morning he was installing a new furnace. We went ahead and changed out our air conditioner too. Andrew told me there was a rebate by our electric/gas company and emailed me everything I needed for rebate. He left everything spotless and just as clean as when he arrived.
