We are Carly & Seven and have been in the property management and maintenance business for 15 years. HVAC certified. We are licensed and insured. Our main service is pressure washing. We originally started the business to serve churches and commercial accounts but we like spreading the word and helping all people. "I called American Cleaning Service when my dishwasher broke while i was at work on a 12 hour shift. I came home to water every where in my kitchen and utility room. He was only 10 minutes from me and got here it seemed within minutes. He and his employee came in and quickly started the removal of the water without question. This company is very thorough as well as polite and professional. I would recommend this company anytime and will use them again if needed in the future as well.

"timely service - couches were in need of deep cleaning and they made them look like new again. only downside is the dry time was longer than they told me and they didn't offer anything for preventing future stains (beyond scotch-gard). But these are minor downsides. Definitely would hire them again."

"Matt with MS was great. They contacted me the same day as requested. He performed the work 2 days later. His quote was very reasonable and he completed the work in one afternoon. The quality of the work was outstanding and he cleaned up all the debris and left the work area cleaner than it was before. I will definitely call MS again if I have any other projects."
