There were delays upon delays that were out of our locus of control due to Covid restrictions. These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. However, Bryan Hogeland was able to adapt to the obstacles and never compromised on the quality of his work. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication. He would even call at night in the middle of a torrential rain storm to make sure that there were no leaks. We can say that I really believed that he was as invested in this project as we were. It was a true partnership."

"We had a terrible customer experience. It took a full year and four--yes FOUR--tries to get it right. The first try was a defective door improperly installed. Then, over a period of another 9 months, two other doors were defectively manufactured. Twice they told us the door would be ready in three months. Twice it was not. Both of those times (keeping in mind that these were the second and third tries), we were told THE DAY THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED that it would be another three months. Finally, the FOURTH DOOR, installed ONE YEAR after we purchased and paid for it was installed. And they offered no compensation. In fact, Jordan Deeb denied compensation for the breach of the purchase agreement."

I had an old cedar chest that was in my mother's family for years and was in pretty rough shape. Rick refinished the lid, touched up the rest of it, put new lacquer over all of it, and it is gorgeous! I was so pleased and he did all of this in about one week. "Great company! We dealt with Greg who was super easy to work with and provided advice and a full paint book for me to decide my colors. He worked within our budget and communicated throughout the whole process. Zero surprises! Work took 3 guys about 5 days on brick and detail trim work. Also replaced some rotted pieces of wood that were part of trim and porch. Very impressed with the quality and final result. I am a perfectionist and I could not find one mistake they made on the whole house! Would definitely hire again."
