The ladies of MaidPro were really fantastic. I scheduled a first service for June 29th and then monthly service following and was a little nervous about it to be honest. I'd never reached out to a cleaning service before for help with our home. Generally I keep our house pretty organized, but I admit I had been neglecting some of the details like appliance cleaning, cleaning woodwork, dusting around hard to reach places and rooms where we don't spend much time. It had been a long time since I did any of that and then I felt like I didn?t even know where to start. I didn?t know what to ask for or what all they could do to help. So I called MaidPro. Their call center representatives were super helpful and worked with me to find a schedule and service that fit my needs and budget. The manager called me shortly after to follow up and confirm everything, she was very nice and I even got a video in my email to help me understand what I needed to do to prepare for their arrival.
The day of the service, two ladies arrived, very professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. They walked around the house to get an idea of where everything was, asked me for any specifics I wanted to make sure they got to, and then got to work straight away. They cleaned placed I would never have thought to get! They were non-stop the whole time, it was impressive! Towards the end of the scheduled service, I got a call from their supervisor who stated they didn?t feel they could complete the whole house in the scheduled time (it really needed some help) and asked my approval to extend their time and the fees associated. I, of course, agreed. I appreciated their proactive reach out and asking my approval before they just charged extra time.
When they were done, my husband and I went through the house just amazed at how well everything looked. Spotless. They cleaned the wall behind my stove and sink, they washed baseboards and got up a stain that was in my bath tub that had been there since I don?t even know when! I seriously can?t say enough positive things about this. I would recommend to everyone! My only disappointment was I forgot to ask them something and that?s totally on me, not on them at all! I?ll be sure to ask them next time though J
"Our apologies that the level of service was not up to your and our expectations. We do have a 24 hour guarantee to re-clean any missed areas (at no charge), as it is a human service, and these offers were declined for the 2 feedback of poor service. Our employees are bonded and insured, so we're happy to pursue any claims made through police investigation of missing items, but no official report was filed."

MaidPro sets a price for each cleaning, which is based on the estimated time needed for the cleanings. We pay our staff by the hour to encourage the time and care will be spent to ensure satisfactory cleanings...as opposed to some other cleaning services which pay a % of price, leading to rushing to complete jobs as fast as possible. For every cleaning done for you, the staff was paid for the same amount of time that you were charged...which was always the agreed upon amount."
"Thank you for the review, and for using our service for 21 cleanings, 9 of which were rated “excellent”. We strive to provide quality service per our 49-Point Checklist each cleaning, and we’re sorry that we fell short…it was not our intent to imply that 2 complaints were acceptable…only that it is a human service, and we sometimes do not clean up to expected standards. When it happens, we always offer to re-clean areas missed when notified within 24 hours of the cleaning. We didn't meet expectations as strived for, but following are the concerns that were always printed on each work order: blinds, ceiling fans (take long ext. pole),...when polishing the furniture-please go over the polished areas again with clean cloth to eliminate streaking.** Under all cushions. One of the advantages of using MaidPro’s service over independent cleaners is that we can be counted on to be there as scheduled. We do assign a specific Service Provider to each customer, and make every attempt possible to have that person do each cleaning. However, there are times that it is not possible due to illness or other factors. Our apologies for the misunderstanding or miscommunication that it was possible to guarantee the same individual for every cleaning. Each one of our work orders has the arrival window printed on it, and our Service Provider was mistaken for going to the home early after she was locked out of the morning cleaning. When she realized the error, it was offered to leave and return later in the correct time window."
"Thank you for the review, and for using our service for 16 cleanings. Our regular work hours are Monday through Friday during the day, but we accommodate customers that require weekend cleanings. However, our staff is paid at a higher weekend rate, so weekend cleanings are proportionately higher. We leave a postage paid comment card at each cleaning, and also send out a follow up email the night of each cleaning…we encourage feedback so that we can improve in any areas that are needed. We received 5 “excellent” rated responses (including the next to last cleaning done, and the last cleaning was done by the regular Service Provider that had received the previous excellent feedback), with not a single negative…so we have no idea what areas were “not so good”."
The only complaint I had and it's not really a complaint as I forgot to tell them the house was very old and it had fuses. They did run 2 or 3 vacuum cleaners at one time and blew a fuse or tripped a circuit or something. They tried to fix it but couldn't. I did have to call an electrician to have it corrected. It was no one's fault really but it did cost me extra having to have the electrical work done.
I would recommend in the future to the company to maybe ask this question regarding how house is wired if a big job is going to be done and 2 or more vacuums have to be run simultaneously. Just a thought. ;)
All in all, it was a good experience and all the people who cleaned were very nice and professional and I think did a great job. I would recommend the company to friends & family.
The cleaners from MaidPro Company did a great job. They are very easy to work with. I would use them again in the future.
