Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. "well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."
