Professional and thorough!

We had a hideous gutter situation and Gutters Etc were able to do the estimate and the work seamlessly and quickly! Communication about the estimate, work being done, and satisfaction with the job was top notch. Guys that did the work were so friendly and pleasant too! The new gutter looks wonderful and Iâ m so happy with it.

I had my gutter installed by Etcetera LLC. They have a better price than another company and they have one year guarantee on the work that they does. If you experience any issue they come out and fix it. Even though I had my gutter install over 3 years ago. If I have any issues with my gutter in the future I would definitely will be calling them.

After the gutters were installed, I noticed two different plalces where the gutters were pulling awayl, I left several messages and finally I was able utters get someone out to "repair" the gutters. Long storyy short, they did nperot fix the problem. The second person was sent out and he told me they were installed wrong to begin with. Now, I screws are coming loose and I am having leaking. I am old and unable to do the repairs myself. Do not use this company. Their sales team is great, but they do not stand behind their work.

They did a good job all & all, but instead of moving a few rocks when they were doing the downspouts, they made one a little shorter than the other 3.

Guttersetcetera is a good company to work with. Robert Buckner (Contracter for Guttersetcetera) installed the facial board, gutters and soffit on a new addition and did an excellent job. Robert was extremely nice, easy to work with and has excellent communications with the customer.

Completed job quickly. Cleaned up when finished. Very friendly.

Our salesman Bryan was great! He went through the whole process with us and made himself available when we called with questions. He is definitely 5 stars! The 2 man team showed up as scheduled and took their time making sure that we were pleased with the project. Would certainly recommend this company.

We had gutters put on -the sun was hitting them so you couldnâ t see a bad part at the far end of the house but once the sun went down and they left you could see it -I have sent message after message for them to come back out and I have called they did call me back and said to be patient they would come back out to look at it -itâ s been almost a month with only 1 phone call to me and no answers to my 8 emails -I want the problem fixed thatâ s all !Except that the work was good except for that spot -the workers were nice and polite -if they could fix it -a good review would be possible !

This project was literally less than one week from the initial quote to the finished installation, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire project and my new gutters!! From start to finish, Gutters Etcetera made the project easy peasy lemon squeezy! I now have beautiful new seamless gutters, with Leafblaster Pro gutter guards, and I couldn't be happier! The guys who performed the install went above and beyond and did an amazing job... I would highly recommend Gutters Etcetera in the Cincinnati area if you're looking for new gutters!
