Shady! I have been a customer for 2 years and never had issues. Now they auto renew and charge you some astronomical prices for poor quality lawn chemicals. Then when I called to discuss the situation, they get defensive and argumentative. So thanks for helping me save money and support a national chain instead of local businesses. There are way better lawn companies that will treat you with reapect and be thankful for your business!!

Do NOT pay for services in advance for the 5% discount. I paid over five thousand dollars for contracted services and materials that have NOT been delivered. I have repeatedly ask to speak with Andrew Wesselman-(owner) as A&A landscape supervisors have told me that the work was "embarrassing" and "needed to be redone". When you call the office it goes to voicemail and when you leave a voicemail message it is not returned. I have found this company to be very unprofessional and unreliable. I came home from work and upon opening my email- I read an email stating that A and A had been at my home for core aeration. It was obvious that they had not been at my home because there were no core plugs in my yard and I have locked privacy gates. Why would a company say that they've been out to provide a service when in actuality they have not? Pictures below show: an area that was supposed to be seeded and was not, another area under a straw blanket that was supposed to have soil added (all they did was lay down a straw blanket over my existing lawn), and after spending more than $1,000 in aluminum edging and 2,820 of labor.... this is what the edging looks like. BEWARE or they will take advantage of you too!

Wonderful company! Great tech. Tyler did a good job and offered advise to keep yard looking good. It was our first year and we definitely will have them back next year.

Tyler does a good job everytime he comes. Services are performed on an individual need. Prompt reply to a request we made. Good feedback on services preformed. Our weeds are decreasing.

Great. We are extremely happy with the way the lawns look. The person who does it is Tyler and he is great. Always explains to us exactly what is going on and if there were unwanted grass or weeds he explains what it was and what he did to treat it. We could not be happier with Tyler or our lawn. Looks terrific. Had lawn irrigation done at end of 2019 too and they did a great job.

Lawn application went well as usual. Always show up when say they will. Andrew Hurtt was our technician today.

I got two quotes, for weekly ($105) and biweekly ($115). They cut my grass weekly until early July, when I asked them to come biweekly. They never showed up after that. No number of phone calls to the office helped. “Yes, we’ll have someone come out.” And no one showed up. Called again and asked for the owner to call me. “Yes, we’ll have Andrew call you.” Andrew never called. After three weeks, when my grass was a foot tall, I called another company. Terrible business people.

When I agreed to work with A & A Lawn Care, I had clear conditions. One was that the trucks and trailers had to be parked on the street and not on our driveway shared with other homes. I was told this would not be a problem. What I got was two trucks with trailers parked on the shared driveway. I asked the lead of the crew if he was going to move them and he said yes, and then walked away and started the mower. So they weren't going to move the trucks. I stopped and asked again and was told yes and then back to the mower. Clearly, he could not understand what I was saying. I then stopped him again, knowing that I had a car coming back from service at the dealership that was clean, and asked he and the crew start in the back and opposite side of the driveway to prevent the wet grass from getting all over the driveway and my car. Of course, this was also ignored and they started cutting toward the driveway. At this point, I said enough is enough and I told them pack it up and leave. My yard is about one-third cut, so it's a mess. They are no longer welcome on the property. I have attempted to reach the company to discuss, but if a crew is on a customer site on a Friday after they close the office and there is an issue, you are out of luck. This is a poorly run business. I am sure the company will post some sort of rebuttal, but no one who will write that was there, so it is hearsay at best. Keep that in mind as you review this. In the end, the company ignores what is required by the customer, and employees that show up either cannot understand or comprehend clear statements.

All has gone well , they are friendly , but professional that the same time !! They suggest services that you may want to consider having in the future !! There is no pressure or up selling , they merely point things out to you !!

Provides a 6 application program to control and prevent weeds from appearing in your lawn. I do not have weeds in my front yard and my neighbors yards are full of clover. So they did get the job done. Just upset that I do not receive notification beforehand so if they come and I am not home they do not do the backyard. The service is $33 each time they come which I didn't price out but I think it is pretty high given I only have about 1000 square feet of lawn. They never answer their phones but I do get a call back.

My yard is awful. They did do a good job. Mine is the only one that is not full of clover on the block. I think the pricing is high since I have a pretty small yard. I went ahead and signed up for there lawn care program where they come out 6 times a year and put down fertilizer and weeding. I came home and saw an invoice but they only did the front yard. I called them and they came back out and said that I would receive an email the day beforehand so I could leave the back gate open. A few months later they came and again did not do the backyard and did not receive an email. I called back and they assured me it has been corrected so I will see. But I will cancel the next time if I do not get notice beforehand.

Went well, we've used A&A for a few years. Price is good, quality work and they are very professional. Will continue to use.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice, but my lawn looks worse than it ever has. I asked them to come out and help me with all of the dead patches of grass and told them I had a root issue. I asked if the roots needed to be dug up before grass was planted. I was told it did not. I asked if I could get a warranty or some sort if the grass didn't survive, etc. I was told no because I would need to take care of it properly. I paid for the initial grass seed to be laid and watered it meticulously (I googled how to take care of it). There was about a foot of straw covering almost my entire yard. I was given no instructions on when to get the hay up/how, when/how to water, etc. I eventually just pulled it up the hay and saw some grass growing. I then bought a package for A&A to come out and treat for weeds and to continue to help it along. By the end of the last season, I can honestly say my yard has never looked worse. There are more weeds than EVER (more weeds than grass), none of the grass survived and there are now more bald/dead patches than ever. The roots/mushrooms have taken over even the previously healthy grass. I didn't mind spending the money/buying the package because I thought I would finally have a nice. healthy lawn. I was totally wrong and will now need to spend the money again somewhere else. The only reason I didn't give an F rating is because all of the people were very nice, so this is very unfortunate.

They were responsive. They called back quickly. They gave me an estimate, unlike others who did not show up. Nice and clean, and beautiful.

So far they have always been, our grass was in bad shape, and now its much nicer. Not a lot of weeds. They brought it back to life.

Our lawn is looking more better, than it previously did.

A&A showed up when they said they would, and charged what they quoted. Their work was excellent. Would gladly hire again.
