He and his crew came in and removed everything thing in the attic, sanitized, sealed everything from the inside and then did brand new insulation. He checked on us over the next month and came back 2 more times to check the status of our attic trap. He was very fast, fair and professional. I would hire his company again."

My yard is now full of crabgrass, I don?t have proof of their service visits done that I have pre-paid for the season. They don?t answer calls, just send texts. I was there when the August tech guy came. He barely Sprayed anything on lawn for about 10 min, missed the back and said he would do it when he finished the neighbors as he had to refill. He told me I could pay extra for crabgrass but I could probably find it cheaper somewhere else. He said he?d leave a paper on my front door that day to describe service, but did not. I called and no one answered so I sent a text and received a text back. I feel totally ripped off and my yard is a mess! I want this rectified or a full refund. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I have pictures, but someone should come out and see my lawn. Hopefully, action will take place soon. Look forward to hearing from you. - Pam Williams"

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
