Another Craig arrived as well to make sure things began smoothly. Ronnie was the subcontractor who completed the work. I was very pleased with Ronnie as he was polite, a good communicator, and meticulous in his work. He is clearly very knowledgeable about sub floors and tiling. Chris was Ronnie's assistant and was excellent in his own quiet way. They laid out drop cloths so our floors would not get damaged and cleaned up after they were completed for the day.
