John Bohn and his team did a great job.  John does the supervision and he has a carpenter/electrician/plumber, etc. who do the bulk of the work.  John is very easy to communicate with.  We texted/emailed multiple times per day, when necessary.  John is flexible in terms of changes on the fly and he'll let you know if additional cost is involved.  Time to complete the project and final cost were consistent with his bid.  John keeps a close eye on his workers and if he doesn't notice something that wasn't done quite right, he's quick to get his guys in to get it right.  We had a lot of work done and are very happy with the result.  John's bid wasn't the lowest or the highest of the several that we requested (all using same spec).   John has a lot of experience and has great ideas if you're looking for them but don't be afraid to tell him you're not interested if you're not.  I'd recommend John for a major renovation project.

I purchased the appliances, and they installed them. I was amazed. They stuck the estimate that I was given, and we didn't run over, so we were on time, and under budget. All of the subcontractors that he chose to work on the job, were reputable companies here in town. A friend of mine recommended him. He was a little expensive, but well worth it.

It could not have gone better. The contractor is a total professional who sets the bar pretty high for himself and all the subcontractors. He and his team were always punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and did top quality work. I could
not ask for anything more than they provided. They were on time and on budget always. I would use them again for
whatever I needed done and would not hesitate to recommend them.

It went really well. We were really happy. There wasn't much we dislike. He was really great. He was open to our ideas and helped us plan the project. All of his subcontractors were really great. He was here everyday and he helped to clean up and looked over the site and made sure everything was up to his standards. We had a really great experience. The outcome was everything we wanted and it was good all around.

1st time using a contractor and found John Bohn to be very helpful. He gave accurate quotes and everyone showed up on time and did a satisfactory job. Would definitely use him again.

It went beautifully. Job was finished on time and under budget and I couldn't be happier with it. I was able to stay in the home through most of the remodel. I would recommend John Bohn and his company without hesitation and would certainly use them for any future jobs in my home. To me, they were a perfect fit.

They finished the work just recently. The owner’s name is John Bohn. His subcontractors are well known in the community. They stayed on track and finished the work on time. They were absolutely terrific. I would highly recommend Bohn Construction.
