Lujan Remodeling & Fireplace Chimney Repairs

Bathroom was gutted and new shower was built.  Walls were textured and painted, popcorn ceiling was removed and textured and painted.  Tile was installed in shower and on one wall for accent.  Tile bench was built in shower along with niches for storage of bottles, etc.  Tile backsplash was installed over granite countertop on vanity cabinets.  Cabinets were painted.  Floor was tiled.  Crown molding was installed along with new baseboards and door and window facings.
The bedroom walls were sanded and retextured.  Popcorn texture removed from ceiling and retextured .  Crown molding was installed and everything painted including a built-in bookcase.  All woodwork was replaced.
The cabinets in the front bath were painted.
We have use Lujan Remodeling in the past for work in our den, reworking our fireplace, laying new tile in our entrance.  He has also replaced steel siding trim around windows and columns on the front of our house with stone.
When we are already for a new project, we always call Mr. Lujan.  He does such quality work and is so easy to work with.

Mr. Lujan was very trustworthy and honest. He saved an area of fireplace that I thought could not be saved. He is an artist with brick. He worked hard and was very dedicated about doing it right. Only negative, he could have cleaned up better.

The work is beautiful.  He has done work for us in the past consisting of fireplace repair, removal of popcorn ceilings and texture of the ceilings and walls, tile replacement in the entrance way.  Outside, he did stone work by replacing wooden trim on the front of the house with stone.  We have had so many compliments on all of his work.  We wouldn't consider using anyone else for work in our home.  For plumbing and electrical work (which he doesn't do), he brings in excellent workmen to do those tasks.  His prices are very reasonable and always very well documented.  We feel we get top quality work by a very honest man.  We have absolutely no complaint with his work and highly recommend him.
