The owner was responsive and engaged across the process. He provided exactly what had been requested and kept me informed when the needed item was on back order. Installation was smooth and timely. I have used in the past for chimney sweeping and they were excellent then as well.

pI saw a couple of reviews on Angie's List and decided to call Kerry. This was one of the best moves I have ever made. He came over within 24 hrs and told me what I needed. He showed me the pricing of the parts and gave me an estimate at that time. He called later in the day to confirm the cost since is was slightly different than the original quote. I agreed since the cost was minimal.
He called, came over, installed the extension and cap without any problem. He appears to be quite concerned with doing the job right the first time and making sure the customer is satisfied with the end product. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days but he hit both ideals right on the head!!! I would be honored to give his name as a reference to anyone in the future. He was punctual and did not waste any time getting the work done as efficiently as promised. Would be happy to have him work on my house any time he needs to do so again.

Great, Warm Hearth fit us in on short notice before Christmas. They arrived early and were very honest. We wouldn't haven known the difference but they told us our chimney didn't need cleaning so we were only charged the $85 inspection fee. Even during the busy holiday season they took time to show us how to use the gas starters on each of two fireplaces and let us practice. We were able to safely use the fireplace for Christmas. They were super nice and friendly and even took time to talk to our 4 year old who was very interested in the whole fireplace experience. I can't say enough good things.

Warm Hearth Chimney Sweeps was punctual, polite, professional, thorough and extremely tidy in handling the chimney inspections. Again, they gave they same service upon return to install the cap and damper. I have listed this company as a future contact in my iphone. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had not had the chimney in my house cleaned in many years. They came out and cleaned it and did a great job. In addition to cleaning, they also sealed some cracks. They are very professional and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

A two-person team (owner and helper) arrived on-time and were very courteous and professional. They carefully moved furniture away from the fireplace and laid down a drop-cloth. The work was performed in a very detail-oriented way. Everything was returned to normal prior to them leaving, and they left no dirt behind. I had a question about insulating the fireplace in the off season, and the owner took time to carefully walk me through some recommendations. This is the second time I've used Warm Hearth and I will use them again. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and neat. I wish all home contractors were like Warm Hearth.
