After reading many positive reviews, I decided to move forward with vinyl plank flooring with Martin Bros for my home. I was given a quote and the process was explained by Jordan. That all went well. Jake, the installer, did a great job. But that's where the positives end. It's going on 7 months now and I'm still waiting for the trim around my entry door and office door to be fixed as well as paint repairs and baseboard repairs. All were deemed "an easy fix," by Jordan, a phrase I would hear several times that turned out to NOT be easy fixes. So after 4 no-shows and many, many unreturned calls later that were promised by 2 of their trim guys, I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. It looks terrible. Then a bubble showed up on the floor, which I'm told is very "rare" but another "easy fix," still waiting for them to fix that as well. I'm REALLY regretting my decision now and wish I had gone with the other flooring company I was considering.
