"It was a very pleasant experience! I called one day and the owner Nick Jackson called me back that day. He came the next day ! Our roof had a small leak so he accessed my roof and noticed a lot of hail damage. At that Point he talked me through how to file a claim with my insurance company . Once the adjuster scheduled an appt to come out , Nick met with him and they both figured out what needed to be replaced.
