"I got a quote to repair the electric pump at one price then the backup pump stopped working after they fixed the electric one. They wanted to charge me 40% more to fix the backup pump. Make sure you get a quote that includes the backup pump if it is in need of replacement. That seemed like they were taking advantage of the situation."
