No more than 12 hours of initual contact & we were back with hot water. James our tech was great. Arrived exactly at assigned time. All work was done neatly & professionally. It reclogged up again, and Greenwell came out and had to run a snake again, and unclogged it again, free of charge. After the first time they were here if it clogged up again, they come back and fix it free of charge for 120 days after initial visit. Been great ever since. Would highly recommend."
