Because I always had great service at Driver Motors I continued to have my new Dodge Journey serviced there even though it required me driving 30 miles each way. The service manager there at the time was Kelley, however in 2012 she moved to another state. My previous visits to Driver Motor (under a new service manager) were not as pleasant as before but I continued having my car serviced there. My last service call before this bad experience, I was told I needed front and rear brake pads ($300 est cost) however at the time I could not afford to have the work done so instead Ireturned about two months later prepared to pay for front and rear brake pads. When I arrived I stated I needed front and rear brake pads and needed valve sensors". He also recommended other extras (rear wiper blade, air control stuff) I declined the extras but was concerned that on this visit I only needed "rear brake pads". I paid all but $55 and left. A few days had passed when I noticed while driving on the highway that once my speed exceeded 45, that my car began to shake. When I returned to town I called Driver Motor and they had me bring my car back. After a few minutes the same service manager came to me and stated I needed front rotors??????? even though my front brake pads were good????? I explained to him that "all" work done to my car especially the last "front brake pad replacements were done at Driver Motors. This service technician when asked to explain how my rotors were now bad since the last visit when they inspected then and also how can the pads be fine but the rotors bad? I also asked if the tires they worked on were balanced before putting back on my car he said no they didnt need to be balanced and that wouldnt cause my car to shake. Very frustrated and felt taken advantage of I told the service manager that he was going to lose a customer of over 5 years but he didn't seem to care so I left. I just went to another service/repair location (Shelby's Tire) and they found that the 2 tires that had new sensor valves put on them did need balancing once this was done, I drove on the highway and wow no more shaking.
I was very very disappointed that Driver Motor deceived me and also let a long time customer simply walk out of their establishment obviously feeling misled, offered no thorough explanation, and mostly "did not listen" to the customer. I will never return there under the same service manager nor will I recommend them to anyone.

He admitted that he did not do any moisture testing and that he did not check under the house. His wife, Karen Drennan, said that she has contacted installers in the area and they do not do moisture testing either. When I contacted all of them to get quotes to replace the floor, they said it was standard practice. Karen is a mean, hateful, and deceitful person. We tried to settle things with them out of court. We had a NWFA flooring inspector come to look at our floors. He said that the floors did not acclimate correctly. They put the flooring in our house 3 days before the air was on. The air was turned on three days after the floor arrived and was laid 3 days after the air was on. They mistakenly thought that this was appropriate practice. The 3 days without air likely harmed the floors. Ray would not know because he did no moisture testing. Now that we have a lawyer, the Drennans have lied to their lawyer and said that they did moisture testing! They have no conscience! They only have liability insurance that covers things out of their control, but does not cover installation. They don't have the money, so they are now lying. We plan to take them to court. In the meantime, if you know of anyone looking to have a new floor installed, do not go to Floors Unlimited in Possom Trot! Ray is a poor installer (though he will tell you he is the best) and his wife is rude, hateful, and a liar. I have talked to lots of installers over the last few months about the Drennans' floor installation practices. All of them have said that Ray is not following proper guidelines. Karen also lied about the carpet we had installed, but that is a whole other story. . . We will also be replacing the carpet soon."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ky/calvert-city/floors-unlimited-reviews-4529469.htm"},"position":9},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"Harshman Constr.","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"KY","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Rod D."},"reviewBody":". .The Harshman firm was given an historical mess . three existing single boxes were previously attached to a wall where a new on demand water heater was installed l. An existing cable to an upstairs outlet that was evidently used for an air conditioner prior to central AC being installedThey removed three existing fused bowes and the attached wiring . One box was not fused but used as a junction box . David Harshman , the electrician working with his brother Tony , removed the boxes and the attached cables than ran thru the floor into our crawl space . The remaining lines were then connected to the main panel . An existing line to a prior air conditioner that was replaced by central air was removed thereby creating more main panel space .
We went from having three separate single control units plus an apparantly full electrical panel to only the main panel that not only accommodated the three previous units but ended as well with two free units in the main panel ----all now compliant with code .All of this work was finished within one mornings work including Tony's crawl space efforts !
This work along with a similarly fine effort by Ivitts Plumbing in installing an on demand water heater in the same area of our small utility room also allowed for the removal of an existing 25 yr. old hot water tank that was within an inch or two of our electrical panel as well as removing a "mish-mash" of electrical cables and boxes !
Between these two fine firms we have removed an historical buildup of complex plumbing and electrical problems that are all too often existing in older homes (1951 in this case ) and not only posed code problems but real and possibly imminent dangerous conditions .

FAQs for bird control service projects in Hendron, KY
Different pest control methods exist to help mitigate an infestation. Not every technique will work with every pest, which is why speaking with a pest control expert is crucial to taming your problem. Different methods of pest removal include:
The cost of pest control is $175 for the average homeowner. However, you could spend as little as $100 or as much as $500 or more, depending on the infestation size, the number of visits you need, and the pest you’re exterminating.
For example, if you need to rid your home of spiders, you’ll likely be spending between $100 and $300. However, if you have a termite problem, you can expect a bill of $230 to $2,500 or more, depending on the infestation size and damage caused.
Animal removal specialists specialize in removing critters and wildlife from in and around your home. These include:
Bats
Birds
Groundhogs
Moles and voles
Opossums
Mice and rats
Raccoons
Skunks
Squirrels
The specialist's method to remove these critters will depend on the animal. For example, groundhogs will be live-trapped and relocated, whereas, for birds, the expert will remove and discard the inactive nest and sanitize the area.
Professional animal removal costs between $200 and $600 for average homeowners. However, depending on the type and number of critters removed, this cost could range from $85 to $1,400.
This cost does not include the cost of home damage caused by the animal, which could be as low as $300 for minor drywall repair or as much as $15,000 for crawl space cleaning and restoration.
Even if you’re not immediately showing signs of pests, it’s a good idea to get into the habit of routine pest control. This should be done yearly, quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly, depending on your location and if any signs of infestation are already present. For example, if you live by water, you might experience more pests in the spring and summer than someone who lives in a dry climate. Discuss treatment options with your pest professional to determine a suitable schedule for you and your home.
