It went fine, they were great. They were very prompt, they actually got down and did everything they needed to do, and they found the best price for me for the actual pump. I did have a little trouble contacting them at first but they did get back to me.

Ivitt's got someone out the same day. However, he was only able to give an estimate on the work as he didn't have the parts with him. He said he would be out 2 days later, but didn't show up. I called the office and was told he was out on an emergency job. He did call me back later and rescheduled for a different day. Once he showed up the work was completed and I have had no issues since.

They tore a hole in the drywall and did not repair it. That was not part of the charges above.According to them a ten gallon water heater and installation cost 888.47.. The two men who installed also fought one got angry and left. So when I called angry about the price they said they actually didn't charge for the extra person who didn't stay anyway. Like they did us a favor ? These guys are crooks and I don't recommend them.

They are pretty comfortable and get done fast. They have been in business for years so a lot of people know them. This company has several crews so they are pretty prompt about getting to the problems and they have a 24 hour line so if you need something in the middle of the night you can call them. I will use them again in the future.
