I did not find out until the email that included the bill. That was an extra $1200. I am not surprised that it was needed,just disappointed that promises were not kept. A couple of weeks after roofing, my kitchen vent fan stopped working. When investigating I found pieces of shingle llodged in the fan. Luckily, I was able to reach in and pull them out, so fan now works. Lastly, it took over 2 months to get the gutters portion of the job complete, however I was not charged for that portion until it was done."

"They did a good quality job. The workers were hispanic. They did re-use the old drip-edge, instead of installing a new one, even though a new drip-edge was listed in the work plan contract. I asked the salesman about it and they apologized and gave me a discount. The old drip edge was still in good shape, so this was fine. I would still use Roof Doctor again.

"Tommy and his team did a great job on our chimney! Once it finally stopped raining Tommy and his crew got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. Tuck pointed and painted my chimney. Not single drop of water has come in since he finished his work. They cleaned up all materials afterwards too! Really pleased that we hired Tommy Mattingly Masonry, I will be using him again in the future for any of my masonry needs."
