I've sent several more emails and it shows where they have read them, but no one will answer me. I work various hours and have a lot going on and can't find time to call, so that's why I email them. They can't keep people employed and there has been a different person come in my house every time."

You can find anti-rat sprays in most home department stores that may be worth a try.
