If I could give a zero I would, I paid a years worth of appointments in advance, they came out once they are to small not enough people working. The guy told us to text him when we seen a nest (wasp yellow jackets bees) my husband is deathly allergic so I thought paying in advance would give me great service. The guy always had an excuse why he couldn’t make it. We canceled our service and going elsewhere. Don’t pay up front it can take 6 weeks to get your money well I’m at 6 week still no payment they are a fraud!

Awesome! I would use Terminix services again. However, I will not use OPC again! The job was cheaply done and a complete rip off. I would not recommend!

They're product works, they're efficient, friendly and inexpensive. I like that if you see any new insects they come back and spray at no charge. I will recommend and absolutely continue to use them.

It was great. They are good. They are prompt and professional. I am on a quarterly plan. I paid for a annual plan and it was pretty reasonable.

we used Action pest control for a flea infestation on our Owensboro rental property.  As I am not living in the same city, they worked with me on inspections and contract paperwork via telephone and fax and were very professional and prompt on all dates and times given even though I was not there to inspect.
I would use and higly recommend this company for any future work needed.

Action pest control came right out and found where our termite problem was originating. He sit down with us and told us the details of how they would drill small holes around the foundation, in the garage & front porch in order blast the chemical into the ground area to eliminate the problem. He showed us the mud trail & mud hole where they were getting into our bathroom wall.. Scheduled a day to come out and perform the work. My wife & I had to work, but my trusty father-in-law was there when they came to work. They went under our crawlspace to make sure there was no more damage or other concerns from the termites. My father- in-law said they did a very thorough job, he watched them all the way around. The price was good and the warranty even better. This company did not collect any money up front, performed the services as promised, were great to work with from the office to all the workers involved. I would highly recommend them for any of your pest control needs.

I purchased the Angie's special offer for Action's termite and insect inspection and treatment for $570, paid up front. Action came to my house and did the inspection, and found termites. They then informed me that termite treatment would cost consederably more, and was not included in the special offer. After talking to company management and reading the offer to them, they had to agree that it said termite treatment. They said the wording was in error and was their own fault. I told them that I would not have responded if I knew termite treatment was not included. Action agreed to honor their ad. I have been very satisfied with their service and repeated visits at no additional charge.
