Action Pest Control does have a different way of doing things, but we’ve found that our service parameters allow us to better serve our customers. It is our goal to build lasting partnerships with our clients. Many of our newest customers were accustomed to paying high prices for one-time treatments (as you referenced here). The cost of a one-time service, which offers limited guarantee and addresses only one issue is generally much higher than an ongoing TermaPest service, which is our comprehensive service that covers ongoing pest control issues, provides a full service guarantee, and safeguards your home and family from unwanted pests. In a year, if you received a one-time service for $250 three times, with limited follow up and pest control, you would be paying much more than our ongoing service with unlimited return visits and complete coverage. While we feel this is the best option for most of our clients, we know it may not meet the needs of all our customers, so we are happy to provide you with several different options. We did experience some technical issues when we merged Circle City and Action Pest Control. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We’d love to have the opportunity to earn your trust and develop a partnership with you to protect your home and family in the future.
