"I've been a customer for 19 years and I emailed and asked if they had any cheaper options to what I have. They canceled me (I guess). I've sent several more emails and it shows where they have read them, but no one will answer me. I work various hours and have a lot going on and can't find time to call, so that's why I email them. They can't keep people employed and there has been a different person come in my house every time."

No, ground bees are not detrimental to the health of your lawn. In fact, the small holes created by ground bees can actually offer beneficial aeration which moisturizes and nourishes the ground. Unless you’re battling a severe infestation, leaving ground bees undisturbed can boost the health of your yard and the environment.

Once the animals and their young are out of the house, remove the nest and locate any entry points. Some may be difficult to find because some animals can fit through very small holes. Once you’ve located as many entry points as possible, use materials such as metal or masonry to block off the entry. Ideally, you should choose materials that most animals cannot chew through. Create a one-way door or flap to allow animals to leave but not return. Additional methods include using repellants designed to make an area unappealing to the types of animals that find your home so inviting. 

No, phorid flies do not bite humans or animals. However, they can still be harmful to humans. Since phorid flies feed on decaying organic matter and are found in unsanitary conditions, they can transmit disease organisms onto foods and food preparation surfaces. If you suspect that your home has a phorid fly infestation, protect your health by taking immediate action to eliminate it.

Bleach and freezing are your best bets here. The soft exoskeleton of spiders and spider eggs is no match to household bleach. Create a mixture that’s half water and half bleach and spray it directly onto the egg sac, and the spider eggs will be killed in less than five minutes. Freezing the egg sac or drowning it in cold water is another option.

Bed bugs typically will not go away on their own. If there are no humans or animals around, they will need to leave to find a host for feeding. But otherwise, bed bugs can live for several months to a year, and the adult females can lay hundreds more eggs in their lifetime. An infestation is only likely to get worse without hiring an exterminator.
