Painful experience! First was given a timeline of a week to ten days. 3 weeks later installers were finally scheduled. Ordered forest green gutters and downspouts. Thank goodness I happen to stop by the house when the installers showed up!! They were going to hang white gutters..!!?? First rain...

Regulator install was done well with no problems. There was a small leak on hot water heater and owner came back immediately to fix it. Owner and assistant were extremely nice and I plan to have them return for additional work.
