I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. "I had a major problem with my basement walls. The basement did not have a sub pump and the walls were full of water. After several outrageous quotes from the big waterproof companies, i got in touch with K&M Contractors. Matt came out right away to asses the water issues. I was shocked at his quote. K&M was willing to do more footage for less cost than the other quotes. K&M trenched 40 ft around the interior basement foundation, installed drainage pipes, and installed a sub pump. The water issue no longer exist. In addition to the basement, i had two exterior support walls that were also full of water and leaning in about an inch. K&M installed two I-beams on each wall, drained out all the water and installed a french drain to get the water away from the house. All this happened in three days. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Now I can sleep a little better knowing my 60 year old house no longer has basement water issues. K&M did an amazing job. Highly recommend."
