After a couple months of sweltering heat and humidity, ventilating bad air, and searching northeast Kentucky for someone to replace the Aspen condenser coils and old outside heat pump, my search was over when Buddy Hutchison gave me the good news I needed. He responded promptly with a very reasonable estimate and confirmation that he could in fact replace the A/C system components. Buddy and his crew arrived on time and in a few hours, installed a new Aspen condenser coil unit (R-32, with TXV and leak detection) and a R-32 compatible Goodman 3-ton A/C heat pump. It's good to know there is a local HVAC contractor around that is focused on your needs, with the knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and integrity, that a customer would expect. "The Liberty Air crew showed on time and began removing the old system and fabricating new duct work to fit the new system. They worked non stop for about 6.5 hours and had finished the preliminary installation of the new system. The following morning they returned and completed the outside work installing the new compressor unit and related plumbing/wiring. I was amazed by the size of the new unit, it was clearly larger than the one previously sitting on the pad. John had explained during the estimate, the the builder had installed a unit too small for the size of the home, which caused some of the problems. Liberty Air did a great job and I complemented them on their attention to details. Everything fits, the wiring is tucked away nicely and the system runs perfectly. And - I have a heated garage!"

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
