"I saw this refit of a bi-fold closet door to French door opening and thought it would help my problem of the doors jumping the track. I explained what I wanted, he simplified the process, and fixed all the closets. Now I have much more access to the closets and they look great. They also fixed my broken gate while they were at my house. They were so professional and even cleaned up their minimal mess."

"EXCELLENTLY! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and amazing sun room! Windows and screens can be removed for easy cleaning. The average fiberglass door that you purchase from your local door company or home improvement store will last around 20 to 40 years, so fiberglass doors are considered durable compared to other door materials. The sealing around a fire door is meant to allow for a specific amount of ventilation and will need regular inspections to ensure adequate airflow.

You might be able to turn a normal door into a fire-rated door, but you’re better off purchasing one that meets all NFPA 80 standards. If you want to DIY a normal door into a fire door, you’ll need a self-adhesive intumescent seal, metal hinges, fire-resistant glazing, and a self-closing device, but you’re always better off buying a certified fire door.
