Ron Estep & his crew are very professional. & polite. They are knowledgeable, honest & hard workers. They start the job & see it through to finish.. Then they clean up afterwards. I was very pleased with the quality of work & the service provided. I highly recommend OL Construction. If I ever need them again, I will not hesitate to call them. This company is the real deal. Honest, reliable, dependable, dedicated to the job, punctual and professional. Replied to text messages and/or calls day, evening, and weekends. Ron (the owner) was hands-on on site. Him and his crew were polite and courteous. They are honest and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to call them again for any other work. Horrible. Do t know what they r doing. Had them install Microwave. It was put a foot higher could not get into it. Frncing tension horrible and put two feet from my line. Busted my drainage pipe. He not experienced at all. Stay away

Ron was outstanding. He kept us updated on project timelines and ALWAYS did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Ol 7 without hesitation!

He did a good job!

They were very thorough, professional, and on time. They showed up when they said they would. They exceed my expectations.

Should have taken 60-90 days and would have if they showed up when they were supposed to and if anyone worked an entire 8 hour day. Has taken almost 4 months and they won’t show up to complete. Shower still won’t work so I have to hire an outside plumber to fix it. No gutters. Yard still a mess. Trash and debris everywhere. Their concrete subcontractor screwed up the wrap around porch and he will not make it right. I definitely will not recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact I plan on lodging a complaint with the contractor licensing agency.

The owner is difficult to reach by phone, and doesn't provide receipts in a timely fashion. He is very rarely at the jobsite and charges for being there, even when he is not. His crew was not provided with the tools they needed, and I ended up buying a lot of tools for this project. And we did most of the Demo. My project isn't even half done and I can't afford to keep him on this job. If you have endless funds and no time constraints, hire this guy. Otherwise pass.
