"Coaty & The Crew installed a new wooden deck at my house in Lexington, Kentucky. This area has very strict building codes but they were able to build the deck nicely and pass all city inspections. We ran into a few issues, such as having to make modifications to the footers, but they were able to quickly fix all of these unforeseen issues and build a good quality deck. I highly recommend them and will call them for all my future deck projects."

"The timing of the estimate and the work were timely and convenient. The overall quality of the painting (and the paint itself) was excellent. There were a few things that didn't get done that were scheduled (e.g., chimney cap, complete painting of the posts on the back deck), but they returned in a timely way and completed them. The only issues I had at all were 1. I asked that a shutter on the south side of the house be secured again before the painting was done as it had worked loose at the top of the shutter--this was not done. 2. I asked that the chimney cap be painted with rustoleum, and the paint for the shutters was used instead (although it was approved for metal). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the painting, but I'm still going to have to figure out how to deal with the loose shutter (it's too high for me to access).

Update:  On inspecting the back deck this spring, I did notice some posts that were not painted completely, and this was after having the painters come back to paint places that had been missed the first time around."
