Quality Custom Finish

My wife and I got 4 estimates to have our deck enclosed. 3 of the estimates averaged $8,000 dollars. we didn't want anything fancy. Neon's bid was $2,700. we chose Neon at Quality Custom Finish out of Lawrenceburg, KY. Neon started on time and fished on time. his communication was great and the quality of work was amazing. Neon is highly knowledgeable, hardworking and has a great personality. I should note that others wanted a large down payment before starting our project. Neon did not ask or require a down payment we paid him when the job was complete. my wife and I love our enclosed deck and God blessed us with Neon. we would highly recommend him to anyone.

He is a hard worker and the type of guy that will do whats needed to get the job done.

Pete and Neon did an excellent job. My laminate floor, quarter round and transition pieces look great. Friendly and courteous, kept me informed. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Glad I found them on Home Adviser and would definitely use them again.

Pete and Neon installed my laminate wood floors, quarter round, and transition pieces for a great price. The transition pieces were cheaper and weren’t easy to install but they put in extra time to make sure everything looked great. I would highly recommend them.

Neon came by promptly to give me a quote, our job was on the smaller side. He fit us in between jobs on his current schedule, showed up on time and finished up as promised. No mess, very courteous and we will call them again.

Cost included labor and materials AND expedited service/completion as we were within days of putting the home up for sale. The two young brothers were amazingly and refreshingly responsive, accommodating, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, considerate -- can't say enough positives about them. The quality and quickness of execution went far above and beyond what was expected -- but so very much appreciated!

So impressed with the quality of my crown molding. My ceilings were not level and difficult to work with. So happy with the end results. Neon & crew came out and gave me a quote one day and was able to do the job the next day because they are efficient with their craft and finished the previous job early. Neon did a great job installing new baseboard trim throughout my house. I'm very happy with the trim he installed and he was super easy to work with. Price was competitive and quality is excellent. I highly recommend Neon and company.

Neon and his brother did a real quality rebuild of our deck. They were professional and hard working, got the job done in one long day,12 hours straight! We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this company for finish work and carpentry. Neon and his team did an incredible job on the finish work on my 1960's home. Everyone was on-time, crazy fast, and very polite to my wife and child. There were some challenges that the team had to overcome (that come with any old house) like non-level flooring, crooked walls and had framing but they never complained and always shared recommendations and solutions. I'll hire him again as soon as I have the chance- we're already talking about a new deck installation!

They were very fast and resourceful. I asked them to remove rotten window trim for 3 windows, replace rotten deck boards, and install flashing above the windows, Once we arranged a time, they were there on time, worked around other contractors, and were able to get all the work done in a single day. They figured out a good way to get flashing in over the windows in place (lots of careful saw work to cut in the flashing, but not to damage the rest of the siding). They did great!
