The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! We opened and moved walls - redesigned space and the outcome was absolutely stunning. They did a great job from planning, design, permitting and construction and completion down to clean up.
