"I am restoring a very old (and odd) house.  I have been focused on the structural integrity and interior function for awhile.  It was finally time to get the exterior started.  I have had estimates that ranged from 2-3 thousand.  Worse yet, the schedules were not reasonable for me (next spring for example).  Todd Kimmel was quite different.  I contacted him after seeing his "too-good-to-be-true" deal and he immediately made an appointment to come out and look at the house before I purchased it.  He came and looked it over, and I bought the deal.  Within the week,  he sent one of his workers to power wash and the house got painted. Large spaces were sprayed and the trim was done by hand. It looks great!  I have a few minor touch ups to do, but only because the house exterior is very uneven and includes mixed materials (wood/concrete/asphalt siding).  I was very pleased and will certainly use Kimmel painting again.

They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"
